Hey all loyal blog readers,
All the business from work (yes, I'm working now) and uni are starting to get to me. There's just so many (or should I say MUCH, cos it's nearly uncountable now) things to do since a few weeks ago. I am now desperately try to balance school work, work work and housework... And after *nearly* successfully doing so, it leaves me not much time to blog anymore... :-( Sorry for neglecting you, my dear blog...
Anyway, I'm just here to inform you that I'm currently working for Easyway as a milk-tea maker. Although the job seems easy, it's actually not! Oh well, at least I'm employed now and having some cash rolling in at the end of the month. I'm in the process of shifting from a trainee to a part-time staff. So please pray that I successfully become employed. I don't want to be fired before I get the job!
Moving on to uni, I had 4 assessments last week. 3 Quizzes and 1 presentation. Luckily it wasn't that bad, but we'll have to wait for the results to know whether I did ok or not.
On a lighter note, changing the subject from my life to other people's lives... Haha. I was discussing with KL about singers and their music/song writing skills. It seems that many Asian singers actually "plagiarise" their music by adopting Western or other Asian songs and changing the lyrics here and there. Hmmm... I wonder how do they escape the copyright law... Maybe they have to pay some compensation to the original song writers? Well, I always knew SHE was notorious for this "crime" but today I found out from KL, several other artists are guilty as well. Those include: Cyndi Wang, Jacky Cheung and Aaron Kwok... Hmmm... I guess these are just a handful of artists that commit such acts. Oh well, at least they help the original artists revive their old songs and they also put new meanings in the lyrics.
I'll try to keep this blog updated as much as possible from now. No promises though!
