Corn Custard Jelly

I always love trying out new recipe and I've been conducting several "experiments" for the past few months living here. Mind you, I've never really cooked anything back home. Most of the dishes I made are really new to me. (Don't consider fried rice la... That one is so common)

So today I've decided to try corn agar agar which I found quite easy to make. I took the recipe down from my favourite Malaysian Cook blogger. She seems really expert in making all these kinds of dishes. Really impressed by her abilities. And one more thing that made me really happy to know is that she's in a foreign country too! So, she has a hard time getting the right ingredients and she tells us where to find them. Haha, makes me feel that I'm not alone.



I know my jelly looks a bit like cheesecake... haha don't get hungry. Actually it's quite nice just that it's a bit soft but I'm not sure whether that should be the case or not. (Complementing my own food. haha).

Sorry about the pictures though, it's quite blur I know. What to do, I don't have a good camera phone anymore. :-(
